Associate Professor Ahmad Torshizi is a Melbourne-based adult psychiatrist with over 15 years of clinical experience, specialising in neurodevelopmental and interventional psychiatry. His primary focus is on the assessment and treatment of adults with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), treatment-resistant depression, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Through his expertise in neurostimulation, A/Prof Torshizi provides advanced Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) treatments under his direct supervision.

In addition to his clinical work, A/Prof Torshizi plays an active role in academia as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Western Australia’s Medical School and an Adjunct Industry Associate Professor at RMIT School of Psychology.
